Lucid Resumes is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. Lucid Resumes is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.
Collection of your personal information
There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future Lucid Resumes services and customer support you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to your name, address, telephone number and career history.
You have the option to use e-mail correspondence to send the required files. Lucid Resumes will send all correspondence in zip files which carry an automatic light encryption on them.
You may wish to have Lucid Resumes work with USB drives only which will require a Consultation and Delivery at extra fees.
Lucid Resumes stores all work completed in the office on USB drives only which are stored in a locked till box, accessed by Alicia Lee Long only.
All documents that have been printed at Lucid Resumes for easy of carrying out the work will be shredded and disposed of upon completion of the job. Throughout the job, printed material is stored in manila folders inside a locked cabinet drawer, accessed by Alicia Lee Long only.
Sharing of your personal information
We do not hire other companies to provide services on our behalf. All work is completed by Alicia Lee Long only. Once we complete your documents however, we create ‘mock’ versions of your Resume for our own future marketing. For example, if your name is Sally Smith and your last job was at Oceantide Flower Shop, after completing your documents at Lucid Resumes, we then create mock versions of your documents by using the pseudo name Betty Blueeyes who worked at Company Limited, with all telephone numbers listed as (07) 12345678 and e-mail addresses as bettyblueeyes@email.com. Lucid Resumes takes reasonable steps to ensure that we are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information
Use of your personal information
For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this Site.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.
